There are quite a few benefits of having an online treatment over a conventional "hands-on" treatment.

benefits of online treatment »
The key to effective treatment of any injury is understanding and knowledge. The assessment using PhysioEo © decision support software fully explores the nature, causes and effect of your injury allowing your Chartered Physiotherapist to plan an appropriate recovery plan for you and provide expert advice to guide you through your current injury and prevent future problems.
Clearly we cannot provide "hands on" treatment on line, but the vast majority of injuries can be self managed if you are given the appropriate advice and exercise plan.
Rest assured that if, on reading your assessment your Chartered Physiotherapist feels that your injury cannot be managed with a personalised exercise plan, you will be provided with a full refund and contacted by e mail by your physio with advice on what sort of alternative treatment to seek.
No, there is a system at many UK NHS trusts called PhysioDirect where you can speak to a physio on the phone (several of us helped to set this up in our locality). However we feel that the assessment using our PhysioEo © decision support software ensures that we gain more info about your condition enabling us to treat you more effectively.
Another advantage of doing the assessment on line rather than over the phone is that you are not put on the spot by any questions and can take as much time as you like to consider your responses.
We`ll ask you questions about your injury. We`ll then create your personalised programme which is a set of illustrated exercises to follow with an explanation of what to do. You can then request a follow up programme any time in the next 3 months.

Your programme will tell you what exercises to do and when. Your physio will regularly prompt you through the programme to ensure you are doing your exercises. You can then request a follow up programme any time in the next 3 months.
If for any reason, when your Chartered Physiotherapist reads through your assessment, we feel that you cannot be treated by self managing with a personalised advice and exercise programme, we will provide a full refund and advice on where to seek more appropriate treatment.
We operate in a similar way. We aim to initially provide loads of free articles which will answer your basic questions. However if that`s not enough then you can purchase a personalised advice and exercise programme.
We charge £28 - less than half the cost - for your initial assessment and a follow up.
We will respond to you within 3 working days with your personalised advice and exercise programme. You can then start working on your recovery immediately.
I'd suggest our service is ideal for you. If you fill out the treatment questions on your computer and email them, we`ll provide you with a personalised treatment programme in PDF format which you can view and follow wherever you are. PDF documents can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat PDF format » or similar applications, which can be downloaded for free.
No appointment is required with us. We will deal with your request as soon as we receive it.
We have physios specialising in a large variety of sports. At the end of the assessment you have the option to choose which physio treats you. For example, if you have a dance related injury, ask for Virginia who is also physio for Dance UK.
You can read the physio profiles to decide which has the specialist skills you are seeking, then choose that physio.
We provide you with exercises which can be printed out in Adobe Acrobat PDF format »
